I am so pleased that you are seeking to build your list. This guide shows you 3 different list building strategies. I have created a strategy for:

1. A Service Based Business - i.e. Interior Designer or Accountant

2. An online store

3. A bricks & mortar business - i.e. A gym or flooring store 

One point to note: The strategy doc assumes you know what I mean by the different opt-in types. These were all explained on Day 2 of the challenge.
