Why did I create this COURSE?
I have worked with many new business owners and entrepreneurs over the years. One of the things I noticed time and again was many of them were starting their new business without validating their idea first. So often they would plunge head first into getting a logo created and building a website, before they understood who their customer is and what their customer wants/needs. During every kick off meeting, I would ask clients - who is your customer? Who am I creating this website for? Nine times out of ten - they couldn't tell me exactly. The answer was nearly always - a women aged between 20-45. Many of the online stores failed. It was heartbreaking to see. This has driven me to create a program to help you find the right business for you and to take you through a process that proves to you that your business will work.

1. Do I have a success mindset?
- Can you articulate what it means to be successful? Do you know what it takes to be successful? Do you know how your beliefs and past experiences impact your chance of business success? Do you know the core set of beliefs that most successful entrepreneurs have? Do you know how to change your mindset to be successful?
2. Are your talents right for this business idea?
- Everyone is talented. There is no one else like you and you need to share your talent with the world. One way you can do this is through your business. Do you know what your talents are? Do you know what your strengths are? Do you know how you fascinate people? Have you asked anyone else what they think your strengths are? Do you know if you have the right talents for the business idea you are pursuing? Do you know how to build an audience?
3. What is your business idea and how do you plan to execute it?
- Can you articulate your idea in one sentence? Have you spoken to 25 people about your idea? Have you incorporated their feedback into your idea? What business model should you use to execute your idea? Does your business idea have a greater purpose? What brand ideals and ethos do you want to incorporate? What does it take for this business idea to be profitable?
4. Are there customers who want your business idea?
- Who are your customers? What does your ideal customer look like, talk like, care about? Where are your ideal customers online? Where does your ideal customer go to get information, connect and shop online? Do you know who is influencing your ideal customer? What problems does your ideal customer have? What desires does your ideal customer have? What needs do they have? What solution do they need? Is anyone else fulfilling this need?
5. What is your offering and will customers pay for it?
- Successful businesses do more than sell a product or service. They create a lasting memorable experience for their customers. Does your product or service match a need of your ideal customer? How are you planning to deliver an experience to your customer that is memorable? What is your offering and is it enough? What are your competitors offering? How do you blow your competitors out of the water? Will your customer pay for your offering? Are there enough customers to pay for your offering?
The key here is not to feel overwhelmed but to realise that you WILL be able can answer all these questions by the end of the program.
Having these answers will make you:
- Confident that you are pursing a business idea that customer want and that will make you money
